Terrible to work with. Dishonest and have had issues ongoing that they continue to respond that they didn’t realize their team hadn’t fixed it yet.

Sent us the best crew we could have imagined or hoped for
They had at least two supervisors continuously checking progress and quality of the crews performance.
The crew was experienced in craftsmanship and even adding features we had not planned only to enhance the design and
overall project
The owners assisted us with finding another subcontractor to complete an additional project of replacing boards on the home and did not charge us a fee. The craftsman they sent was very reasonable, accountable and responsible and showed up when he said he would.
We would contract with Dan and Tom again when we have additional projects and refer them to neighbors and friends.
They may be slightly more expensive but they deliver above and beyond and do what they say they are going to do.
