We drive all vehicle's about 10 miles as a rule, when looking for an issue. That usually is more than enough. Sometimes had we driven them 11 miles, it would not have mattered. Instead of just replacing parts needlessly, we have to give the vehicle back to the customer until the problem is more frequent. I found this business on Angie's List, they have great reviews and now I see why! I made my appointment online the day before. The AutoPro website is very user friendly. Received a call the next morning to confirm my appointment time.
The location was easy to find, very clean, comfortable, customer friendly lobby! Upon entering I spoke with another customer waiting in the lobby who said he has been bringing his cars there for years, described staff as trustworthy, honest, 'they don't gouge you for unnecessary repairs'.
Brett who helped me was courteous, professional and there was no sales pressure on future repairs. He listened to my inquiries and addressed them in plain language.
I've been to many other automotive shops that are loud, unprofessional (vulgar language) and seemingly uncaring about 'another customer' coming in.
AutoPro staff certainly appears to take pride in everything about their business, from the building and grounds, to their genuine caring customer service. I'll be back!

1. said I needed new oil when I changed the oil less than a 1000 miles prior with full sythetic and a 10k mile oil filter
2.. said i needed new windshield wipers when I had replaced them with high end ones only 2 months prior.
He recommended a whole bunch of other work that totaled $1,300.
