I had a very good experience working with everyone at Armor. Kristen was very helpful in getting me a quote and scheduling service. Great communication throughout the process, They were able to get a tech out in just two days, and he was able to quickly resolve and repair the problem. And when I encountered a problem with the bill being higher than quoted, they promptly looked into the matter and issued me a refund for the overcharge. Very friendly, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Would definitely use them again

I am really questionable if I would hire again. I do have to say the person I talked to for setting up appointment and advising me on which discount to purchase from Angie's List was fabulous. Locksmith came at the time specified and he was very nice. I know he worked quite a bit on my door out to the garage but I have never had such a hard time locking and unlocking a door. It is starting to loosen up and it is becoming easier now but I have had my locks changed quite a few times and never had this problem. I am also critical of myself for not calling them back right away but we were to go out of town the next day and our schedules have been so busy up until now.

The rekeying was great. The company was very responsive and the technician was very personable.

The service was excellent. They guy was great and very knowledgeable. He worked a while adjusting the strike plates, which had nothing to do with changing the locks. It was wonderful. He was very cordial, and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. I thought the price was reasonable.

I really like Armor. I had not used them for years but they are as good as I remember. I trust them and they do solid work. Their keys work like butter and the prices are actually quite good. I even drove to their place to get an extra key I had ordered but they'd forget to print it. I got a fine apology and they comp'd the key. Yes a mistake but I got over it because their attitude and intention was good. Genuine Customer Service.

The locksmith who visited me delivers great service. He made a recommendation for greater security - replaced a double sided lock with a flip deadbolt to prevent accidental lockouts. He had replacement parts on hand for a stripped cylinder. Re-keys were fast and efficient. He made sure I received good value for the Angie's List deal that I purchased.

He was so professional and so fantastic. Very clearly explained everything to me and took his time. He was respectful of my time and my space and he was just wonderful. He got the job done right. Our home is much more secure now that he has done this work.
