+ -1 moreRANDY LOOKED OVER BOTH PROJECTS AND SEEMED COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. SO I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. THE ORIGINAL PROMISE WAS FOR BOTH PROPOSALS TO BE READY IN A WEEK. AT THE TEN-DAY POINT (AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS), I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING HE WAS GOING TO PREPARE THEM OVER THE WEEKEND. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO, AND WE HAVEN'T HEARD OR SEEN A THING.
Description of Work: I REQUESTED A FIRM PROPOSAL FOR WORK ON OUR CURRENT HOUSE AND A PRELIMINARY PROPOSAL FOR EXTENSIVE REMODELING TO A DUPLEX WE WERE LOOKING TO BUY.

+ -1 moreTHE ARBOR CREW AND THE SUBCONTRACTORS WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY QUICKLY RESPONDED TO REQUESTS THAT EMERGED AND CORRECTED MISTAKES WITHOUT ANY HASSLES. ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS WITH THE PAINTERS, HOWEVER ARBOR CORRECTED THE PROBLEMS SO THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH END RESULTS. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. BE SURE TO GET SPECIFIC BIDS FOR ANY WORK DONE OUTSIDE THE CONTRACT - ADDITIONS WERE SOMETIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ANTICIPATED.
Description of Work: RENOVATED BASEMENT ADDING AN OFFICE SPACE, BATHROOM, CEDAR CLOSET, BEDROOM, AND LAUNDRY ROOM.
