Super impressed with Sergio! He promptly responded to my call about a broken dryer, came on time, and quickly diagnosed the issues. He then presented me with some different options and was not at all pushy. He stayed until 7PM and fixed everything! Will be calling him in the future for sure!

I had already established most of the problem, that the dishwasher was not filling properly. When I talked with Sergio, he said that it was probably the intake valve. He took the dishwasher model number and looked up the valve, gave me a parts & labor estimate on the spot, and we set up an appointment for a few days later. When he arrived, he confirmed his diagnosis of the bad valve, replaced the valve, and tested the dishwasher. It took around 25 minutes from start to finish.

Sergio arrived on time, got right to work on my dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part he needed and had it done in no time. Could not recommend him enough.

Sergio made time after normal work hours to fix our washing machine. He showed up on time, was courteous, fixed the problems and showed us how to keep one of the problems from happening again.

Sergio was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and came with parts in hand. Communication/coordination was SO easy -- he gave me an estimate of when he'd be arriving, then called when he was on his way. He was able to fit me in quickly due to a cancellation. Extremely professional.

Two separate visits. First visit Sergio checked LG refrigerator to make sure it was working properly since we had heard strange buzzing noises. Also adjusted thermostat on old stove we keep in basement for canning and summer baking and he showed us how to do it ourselves. While he was with us, he gave valuable information about the strengths and weaknesses of various brands of appliances in the event that we might either repair or replace any in the future. He knew so much and shared freely. $140 Second visit was to repair an apartment-sized old Kenmore dishwasher. He showed us how we could easily make the same repair ourselves if the same symptoms presented sometime in the future. $138 He responded promptly to both calls, showed up on time. As far as we're concerned, he's our appliance repair person from now on.

Excellent service and a fair price. Would happily have them perform services in the future.

I couldn't provide needed info. Sergio came to my house, got the wall oven far enough out of its place to find the numbers needed, replaced it and ordered parts. Given this was late on the 21st, we're at the end of the year, and the oven isn't one of the standard brands, getting the part might take a bit. I'm sure once the part arrives, he will return. I could do a better job of rating if the entire process was complete, but so far so good.

It was so good we asked for the guy's card so we can use them again. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The initial phone call was organized and professional. The communication was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Went extremely well. Appointment was set, Sergio phoned when he was enroute and arrived promptly. Sergio was attentive to my concerns and delved into the dishwasher to check on any obstructions with draining. He concluded that what we have seen is normal and that any excess grease or possible blockage may have been cleared with a cleaning pod we had used the week before. All is fine with our dishwasher operation after he performed rinsing tests. Excellent.

From the first phone call, I had a good impression. During that call, Sergio gathered a good amount of information for our issues (stove and washer) we needed work on. He was informative and let me know what he thought the problem(s) might be based off what I had described and what it might cost. He let me know that if our washer motor had burnt out (which was my suspicion), it was probably better to buy a new washer- in any case, he would diagnose the problem during appointment. Appointment day, Sergio arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window we had talked about, giving me a call a few minutes from arrival. He came into the house and got right to work. He installed a new igniter in our stove first. He then went to our washer. It turns out it was not a problem with the motor, but with a lid switch getting moved out of place. He fixed it promptly. He was also able to cap a gas dryer line for us, which we had not asked for when setting up the appointment. He was informative about the problems and what he was doing and was able to fix them in a timely manner for us. We will use him again should the need arise.

Sergio did a great job of delivering very bad news. Our less-than-three year old fridge (LG under the Kenmore Elite badge) has a broken compressor and will need to be replaced. Based on the symptoms I described, Sergio warned me that this was a possibility over the phone. He worked quickly and arrived at the diagnosis, and then took some time answering my questions about purchasing a better (fingers crossed) replacement. He is a very clear and thoughtful communicator. If I am unfortunate enough to have another broken appliance, I will call him without hesitation.

Very well. he was professional, knowledgeble and explained everything to me. He also helped me see how to get the soap and other recepticals, out so they could be cleaned. And the cost was less than another service I contacted. Trip charge was $80.

Sergio was terrific! He did a complete check and we discussed the problem, which, of course, wasn’t happening when he came to check it! However, he said he’d work the service call into the next visit if needed! He’s a very smart and nice guy! Highly recommended.

Sergio Is a very professional technician. He is punctual and responsive. However, The repair did not go quite as well as expected as it took several trips to resolve the issue. However, in the end the repair was done to our satisfaction.

Was recommended that I replace machine. Do to the cost for a 15 year old washer. Sergio is a great honest guy.

Great! There were TWO things wrong with the ice maker. The first one was overshadowing the second and wasn't caught the first time. When I called Sergio to let him know things still weren't working correctly, he came out very quickly, replaced the second part and didn't charge me for the part or the labor. He cleaned out all the ice buildup in my freezer, cleaned and cleaned behind it.

Sergio came and repaired the washer needed to order a piece for the stove. Pleased he was able to fit me into his schedule, because it really sucks to have to use the laundry mat.

Sergio arrived promptly, diagnosed various issues, and provided a couple different repair options. He was thorough and professional. I'd definitely recommend and will plan to use him again.

Sergio was very polite on the phone and in person. He was very prompt for our appointment and took the time to explain the issues with our appliances. Unfortunately, only the refrigerator could be repaired, as the compressor was out on the freezer. He quickly secured the replacement part needed for the refrigerator. His price was very reasonable. I would absolutely hire him again!

Absolutely excellent. Sergio us a real pro! The real deal. Well trained, methodical, informs before consent for repair, takes the job from start to finish. Absolutely courteous and respectful. And I didn't look first on Angies List but I really could have. I usually look first on Angies but I had called on this group before.

Sergio was great. He came promptly, explained things clearly, was very polite, knew what he was doing, did a great repair job, and his repair work was quite affordable.

Sergio is extremely punctual, respectful and knowledgeable regarding gas and water services. He added shut-off valves for both our stove and ice-maker, making them both much safer. I highly recommend Sergio for any appliance needs.
