THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. I DIDN'T KNOW WHY MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT COOLING, AND THE PHONE REPRESENTATIVE ASKED ME A SERIES OF QUESTIONS LEADING TO HIS ''DIAGNOSIS'' THAT THE UNIT BADLY NEEDED TO BE STEAM CLEANED. HE EVEN TOLD ME HOW I COULD TRY TO CLEAN IT MYSELF BY TAKING OFF THE HOUSING AND USING A HOSE, BUT EXPLAINED THAT STEAM CLEANING WOULD BE MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE. DESPITE THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION, IT WAS EASY TO PARK IN THE 15 MINUTE SPOTS IN FRONT OF THE STORE AND TWO PEOPLE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY TO CARRY IN THE UNIT. WE RECEIVED ONE CALL TO LET US KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THE UNIT WOULD BE READY, AND ANOTHER TO LET US KNOW THAT IT WAS DONE. THE AC NOW WORKS WONDERFULLY. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
