Incredibly well. Eli replaced the old rolled roofing with a rubber membrane, added pavers to patio floor and walls, replaced a wooden guardrail with steel cable, replaced rotted roofing and rehung gutters for less than others estimated for the roofing alone. The quality was top notch and work was done on time and under budget despite unfavorable weather for outdoor work.
