Excellent, the rug looks fantastic. The owner and his brother talk with us for awhile when we picked up the rug. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them to take excellent care of your prize rug. The rug was very large approximately 10 x 13 ft. While in storage, some of the dye leeched on the fringe, no problem for these guys. No traces of the dye. The rug is very special as my son sent it to me while he was stationed in Afghanistan.

We called American Rug Laundry (ARL) and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and sympathetic to our budget limitations. After providing us with an estimate that (again) was more than we were able to pay, she offered several suggestions to help us save money, i.e., drop off our rugs instead of using the pick-up service, watch for special promotions, etc.. As it turned out, two weeks later ARL held a weekend special so we dropped off the 2 of the largest area rugs. The price to clean them was within our budget and we were told the rugs would be ready in about 5-6 days. THREE days later, the rugs were done and could be picked up. ARL did great work and completed the job even faster than promised! The employees at ARL were very efficient, professional and courteous. We will definitely use American Rug Laundry in the future.

They always do good quality work in a timely way. They're pricing is competitive, it's not startling good or anything but I don't think they overcharge or anything and the quality of their work is good and it's timely. They're very convenient. They're punctual. It usually takes about a week to get the rugs back, but their are certain times of the year that they are more busy than others but I've never pushed them for a rush job cause I've never needed that so nothing sticks in my mind. I don't think it was particularly long but I know it wasn't next day service or anything. But I wasn't expecting that or needing that. The workers are totally professional and pleasant and knowledgeable.

The service was prompt and professional. THe cleaning man was knowledgable, careful about not harming surrounding furniture, and the price was reasonable. I have used this company for years to clean my carpet and always been satisfied. The carpet Cleaning division is now called Daisy Carpet Cleaning.

"Dear client , As a matter of practice , we never promise stain removal . You had tried cleaning these rugs yourself and browned them out . We had said that we would do our best but made no promise . Stain removal is at best a trial and error situation , let alone using chemicals to clean them ! We would be happy to redo them at no charge . Best Sam Navab"

they cleaned it and when I picked it up it still had a wiff of basement mustiness. They immediately suggested they would give it a second washing --for free!! The second washing did the trick.

The cleaning was done beautifully. I dropped the rugs off and they were ready as promised. Very pleased with the service provided and will be dropping off additional rugs this week. I do recommend this provider for quality work.

The two men that came out and did an outstanding job. They understood wool rugs and oriental rugs the does and don'ts of taking care of them. I was very impressed with their service. We have a cat that got sick and chose the oriental rug and another rug to get sick on. American Rug once again came to the rescue. The company is so helpful and the delivery people are personable and fast.
