Once we initially sat down with them we learned our credit score was in the 660's which according to the VA website we qualified for a VA loan. They assured us that we qualified and sent our realtor a per-qualified for $150,000. We shopped for ever til we found the perfect house in March. We called them and told them we sent an offer over. They called us back and said our credit no longer qualified for a VA loan and we needed to switch to another loan called a Fannie loan. They informed us that we would now need %3 percent down. We found the house of our dreams and now we emotionally invested so we called our realtor and were informed he called her to help convince us to do a different loan. We went online and found out that a credit score of 620 qualified you for a VA loan. We then found out they LOST their VA certification to write VA loans and were lying to try to get us to do another loan, a loan they could write.

These are the kind of mortgage companies that give the rest a bad name. We left them and with a lesser credit score because they ran our credit twice. We than found another VA lender and close in 3 days!!! Basically their prices are average for a mortgage broker but they are LIARS!!
