They came out, protected the floors and furniture. Tom, the owner was very polite and professional. He gave me a time line and keep his word with no problems or hassles. The acrylic wall system they installed is very nice and I recommend it to anymore in the market for a bathtub surround. This was truly the best contractor experience we've had out of 4 major remodeling projects.

We have paid someone over $300 to do the electrical work that he never did. It has made us sad that we trusted this man and he did not follow through. He belittled my choices in tile and vanity. When I asked him where the $5000 went, he rewrote the contract, changing costs for items and services. We are senior citizens and we used him because he was a single parent who was a veteran. He was highly recommended to us by Dannette Meeks-Hull at Coon Rapids Lowes, a home improvement store. My husband and I would like $2000 back for work that was never completed.
