These guys are proof positive that anyone with a paintbrush and a business card can be a painting business. Started out with a positive vibe that quickly dissolved as the sloppy workmanship continued on. The painting went fine as the main guys subcontracted out the painting to another guy who was great. After that it was all downhill. It seems like these guys had never done a paint job before- didn't tape off and plastic sheet off the other parts of the house before sanding our stairwell, and only partway across the upstairs because " dust doesn't go up"... obviously not the case. Sloppy stainwork and no wipeup off our walls and floor. Messy. When we called them out on these things, our man Brian got very defensive very fast. We were assured quality work and got mediocre. After Brian made it personal because of our quality expectations we asked them to leave and got someone else to finish their shoddy work. Then came the next couple of days of threatening phone calls to get their money....now. I guess you are expected to pay invoices in full within 24 hours with Ambiance Colors. Bad experience and one I want to forget, but I think people should be warned. When okay is good enough, give them a call. Brian will show up in his workman BMW sedan.
