She is wonderful. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She remembers me, which is the best thing about her. It is personable. She knows about me and what kind of stresses are going on in my life. She is very good about paying attention to those little things. All the staff is wonderful. They are almost always early to get me in. She saved my life. By asking me a few simple questions, she was able to refer me and in the end it saved my life.

She has a warm personality and talks to you like a friend. She takes the time to listen to you and is never rushed. She will give you tests that you need, as apposed to ones you don't. She also will call you at home if you have any questions or concerns.

I love Dr. Engebretson.  She's fabulous.  I've been seeing her for over 10 years.  The clinic staff are great too - not too much turnover which I think is a good sign.  I see the same lab folks and the same front desk staff and they're all very nice.  
My only complaint at this time is that there are so many holds on Dr. E's schedule for same-day problems, that I can't schedule a routine physical with her in a reasonable amount of time.  For physicals she's booked out 3+ months in advance.

I like everything about them. That is my primary care physician. I would not go anywhere else. I go there because of the doctor and the support staff. It is easy to check-up, it is easy to make an appointment, and it is easy to change an appointment. The lab is good. They are pretty good.

Dr. Walker is a good listener. She is not intimidating so it is easy to talk with her. She is experienced and is open about discussing  what she thinks may or may not be going on in your case.  She includes you in the decision-making about how to proceed. She has a good referral network. The plan is clear at the end of the visit.

We never see a bill. I like the doctor I see. The office is efficient. There is plenty of room to sit down and read the paper while we wait. They are very organized. They have very responsive medical assistants that get us in the office on time. They are very good at scheduling. They keep to the schedule but sometimes they run behind because the doctor might have a more difficult situation. I will absolutely continue to see them.

My experience at this clinic has always been A+. The office staff are friendly and helpful; the office is clean and comfortable; and every effort is made to be on time while providing excellent care. I have never had to make a separate appointment for lab work unless my schedule requires. The follow-up care is outstanding. I can email my doctor through the Allina site and have always received a quick response. My initial visit was for a normal condition, but my doctor listened to my additional concerns and discussed all options for treatment, taking the time to answer all of my questions. She referred me to a specialist related to my concerns, who also provided excellent care. In the end, the routine treatment discovered a potentially life-threatening condition. By listening to my concerns, my primary care physician very likely saved my life! I recommended this clinic to a friend who reports the same satisfaction and confidence in her care as I do. I have no doubts that my care comes first.

The physician was very professional and thorough.  She listened to my concerns and took the time to answer my questions.  The staff were efficient and courteous.

She's an excellent doctor. She listens and then gives her opinion, but she lets her patients make their own decisions. She recognizes that sometimes people might make a different decisions based on circumstances and she respects that. She respects my choice if I choose to see a different practice. She is pleasant, bright, helpful, and trustworthy. She brings up things that I don't think of myself that are within her expertise, for example getting vaccines.

Dr. Engebretson is a gem. She is friendly, approachable and willing to listen. She truly seems to like her patients. She is current on updates in practice. I am thrilled that I found her and would highly recommend her, especially to women.Thank you.

She is very personable and recognizes you from your previous visit. She answers any questions you may have right on the spot. They offer My Chart and you can make appointments, view medications, ask questions and other things that you may consider helpful from the site.

I've been going to Allina Medical Clinic since it started.  The doctor I usually saw retired and I continue to go because I like the experience.  They offer quality of care, the staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful.  You get in for your appointment on time and as a courtesy they will notify you if the doctor is running late.  They have a website where you can check your chart any time online.

The doctor I saw was very thorough and I never felt rushed.  She and the NP student working with her spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

She was running very late due to short last minute visits that the staff scheduled in for her that Monday morning (I will probably avoid Monday mornings next time), but apologized and explained.  She also did not make me feel like we needed to rush through my appointment, which I appreciated.  She is always a good listener, takes good notes and seems to review them - fabulous!  She has good common sense, explains things well, has a good sense of humor, and listens well - the number one thing I was seeking in a primary care physician.  I am glad to have found her!

All was great, except the wait could have been handled a bit better.  I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment.  On check-in I was told the dr. was running 20 minutes late.  After 45 minutes and no word from anyone, I approached the desk, but was waiting in line to talk with someone when my name was called.  I mentioned to the nurse that the wait was longer than the anticipated 20 minutes and she said she had just told the front desk that it was now 30 minutes.  But since I had waited 45, I hope she went back and changed it.  However, everyone was apologetic and appropriate.

I have always felt that they provided an excellent service. They are very timely and responsive. Their eye treatment services have always been good.

I have been going to her for about 15 years. She is great. She is very competent, professional, and responsive. She is very attentive. Her staff is good. They are not as great as she is.

Fabulous. Great office staff, prompt, good at communication. Dr. was on time, listened well, answered questions and was open.

She takes time to talk with you and you are never rushed out. She explains what you are going through and what the treatment is, she is very thorough.

Everything went perfectly.
