We had roof heat cables for ice dam prevention installed on our home by AllBright Home Services in November, 2020. We chose AllBright not only for their very fair pricing, but, also because of the extensive knowledge brought to the project by Joe who did the installation. He is not only very familiar with the various materials and installation techniques, but he is also very knowledgeable about when and why each is appropriate for a given situation. The quality of his work was excellent, and it was done in a timely manner. We highly recommend AllBright Home Services for anyone considering roof heat cable installation. Fantastic service. It was very easy to call up their office and got on their schedule. LaDonna was extremely helpful and polite. I needed a de-icing system installed on my roof. Joe came to my house for an initial consultation. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and honest in the consultation and let me know exactly what I would need to do in order to achieve my objective. The install itself went very smoothly and once again Joe and his team were professional and did a fantastic job with the de-icing system. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer!
