THEY HAD THE MACHINE FOR A WEEK, THOROUGHLY CHECKED IT OVER, CLEANED IT THOROUGHLY, FIXED THE 'SQUEAK', UNTANGLED THE THREAD, ETC. THEY ALWAYS GO THAT EXTRA MILE WHEN WE COME IN FOR ADVICE, OR ANY TOPIC ABOUT OUR MACHINE.
