Daryn was fantastic. We had an area above a cabinet where new knockdown wouldn't reach. He was a magician at getting the old and new knockdown to blend together. you can't even tell old from new. Great work. Competitive price. Responsive and consistent communication.

We built a new home last year, and after contacting several potential drywall installers, I chose All Pro and could not be happier. Daryn was punctual, affordable, easy to work with, and over-delivered. He and his crew worked weekends to meet our tight timeline, and the quality of the work is great!

They were very accommodating with my schedule and the condition of the room. They gave me a quote before the destruction was started, gave a good time estimate for completion, and fixed my mistakes as well. The room was 12' x 15' including the closet. I did not rate the price since I did not have any other quotes. I needed the job done and they made it happen. It looks great!

From start to finish Daryn was great at communicating and ensuring we were pleased with the progress of the work. Daryn and Don were here when they said they would be, professional with the quality of work performed and respectful of our space. They were committed to doing the job right and pleasing the customer -  we plan to use them again for a future project!

It took me awhile to write this review because I needed to finish some projects of my own before getting it inspected.
Most of my basement was finished by the prior homeowner but with recent floods I needed to redo the drywall and fix some of the walls. I found Daryn and his crew on Angie's List and based off the reviews and price decided to hire them for the job. They gave a competitive bid and were very professional in going over what I needed done.
It took them a little over a week to get it all done. In the process they hung up lots of plastic to protect my house and other areas of the basement. Showed up on time every day and filled me in on the process before they left. I had them hang the dry wall, mud, tape and do a knock down ceiling.
When they were done they did an excellent job at cleaning up. I was amazed by how good a job they did. It wasn't the easiest job for them because the walls were a little out of wack. Yet they made it look professional. My basement looks better then the rest of the house. The price was very competitive to the other 3 bids I received.
If you need any kind of work like this I would recommend these guys. I trusted them and they did a fantastic job. Don't waste time going to others.

Communication with Daryn was great.  He responded to emails and calls quickly and professionally.  He showed up on time every single day.  He was easy to work with.  The best part - his work is flawless!  While he was just a little bit higher on his estimate than a couple of other guys -   who could not be bothered to communicate or keep appointments - the work was totally worth the price. and so rates an A.

Work went well except they walled over (covered) one of the electrical wires that had to be  left out & the finisher resisted and finally didn't clean-up after he was done taping and plastering.

Over all the work was terrible and the owner has refused to even come look at the issues to possibly work something out. I practically begged him and he basically told me to take him to small claims court. Here are some specific examples. 1) misc paint/spray splatters all over (refrigerator, stove, vita mix, floor, trim, etc). 2) Was asked to finish sheet rock job in bathroom and there were screw dimples that didn't get filled.  3) He painted over mortar from the the tile job done before instead of scraping it off wall and then painting. 4) He painted the brand new marble tile on the corners instead of taping/cutting correctly. 5) Painted ceiling one color and walls another and paint ran down on to the other surface 6) There was one recessed light that the hole was to big and he was asked to fix the mistake and didn't patch well enough to cover with recessed light trim 7) Had whole living room re-textured to fix a joint that had popped however he didn't do anything to the joint before re-texturing and it still showed thru so there was no point in re-texturing the whole ceiling as the work done didn't fix the original issue.  8) Painted over scotch tape on the wall in the kitchen 9) Skim coated ceiling in bathroom and did great job every where except in corners where I have to have it refinished. 10) Taped joint in bathroom ceiling showing. 11) Agreed to fix patch in basement bedroom before painting but he forgot and then just painted over it.

Since he refuses to come back fix the job I am in the process of getting bids to fix his shotty work and depending on how much it is going to cost may be taking him to small claims court to recover the cost overages. To top it all off the house is still unfinished and the whole point was to expedite these projects. If anyone wants to see pictures of his work please let me know and I would be happy to show you proof. Hopefully no one else gets burned like this. I learned my lesson not to pay before the work is done satisfactory.

Response from All Pro Plaster & Drywall Inc
"First of all, he is blowing things way out of proportion, Secondly, I walked away from project when it was roughly 90% complete, in which I was debating walking out a lot sooner, it mainly comes down to the living room ceiling in which he did a repair on what I believe almost smooth ceiling, which looked ok, I asked him specifically if I should do any more with patch and he said no, spray entire ceiling with orange peel and it should be fine, which we did, it did not look bad when done but not perfect, he kept going back to ceiling and blaming us, For fear of not getting paid, I had finally had enough, and walked out, he got more than his money worth, I was only paid half of total amount for almost complete job, the items which are true (some are not) that he mentioned above would have been taken care of if I would not have walked out. (first time ever and hopefully last) All Pro takes great pride in its work and have never run into a situation like this one. Once again, Once I decided to walk away, I meant it, which is the reason I have not been back. As far as small claims court goes, I never mentioned it, he threatened me many times and gave me a deadline to come over or he was taking me to court, I told him that was fine with me. He would tell me one thing and then tell me otherwise. I could go on and on but I am out of time for this non-sense. Daryn"

It was great experience. They did exactly what they promised with no unpleasant surprises. The entire staff was A plus across the board. Their finisher Don was as good as they come and. Daryn, the company owner,is hands on in your project and provides great communication all the way through the process. 5 stars all the way!

After initially contacting Daryn I sent him pictures of the areas to be worked on and he was able to shoot me a preliminary estimate the same day and indicated that would be able to start in about 2 weeks if selected.  I decided to go with All Pro Plaster & Drywall and Daryn came out to my home to view the job site and give me a final estimate (which turned out to be the same as he quoted from the photos I sent him earlier).
The person Daryn sent out to do the work was courteous and was careful to cover exposed traffic areas with plastic. He confirmed with us the time that he would be there each day to ensure it worked OK for us.  Overall a very nice looking professional job.  Nice smooth seams and the knock-down ceiling texture looks fantastic.  The day after they completed I noticed there were a couple of small areas in low light that had a few pinholes from bubbles which I?m sure they would have come back and touched-up
of if asked, but I was on a tight timeline so I just touched them up myself in a few minutes.
I will definitely use All Pro Plaster & Drywall again for any future jobs. Great Service, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, fair price, quality work.
