THE PERSON WE DEALT WITH WAS VERY PUSHY AND USED SCARE TACTICS TO TRY TO GET ME TO CLOSE ON THE LOAN EVEN WHEN HE KNEW I WAS UNSURE AND WANTED TO SHOP AROUND. I ENDED UP BACKING OUT OF THE LOAN BECAUSE I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE FEES AND I FOUND A BETTER DEAL. HE STILL TRIED TO PUSH THE ISSUE AND EVEN THREATENED TO FORCE ME TO PAY FOR THE APPRAISAL, WHICH I WAS NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY. THE CLOSING WAS CONFUSING AND WAS CONDUCTED IN MY HOME, WHEN HE CAME IN HE MADE A VERY SEXIST COMMENT AND THAT TURNED ME OFF AND HELPED WITH THE DECISION TO BACK OUT.
