i agreed to the $150 service they showed up they told it would be an additional $250 to get door fixed and running again i was not not told about a senior discount the guy took pix he refused to re install lower panel door sweep to keep cold air and rodents out of my garage he said the screw hole was too large to put back instead of re drilling new holes he didnt lubricate door hinges he said this was a temporary fix and that i needed a complete new door it was too dangerous to keep operating this way days after i arrived back home i called another garage door service they were in my neighborhood working for $250 he re installed garage door sweep he lubricated hinges and he said the door is good to operate not neccesary to replace it i contacted tony the owner he wanted me too give his business a 5 star review i told him no thx after many attempts to resolve this issue i had with them i said credit me $125 and ill be done he didnt respond i contacted BBB i told them what happened they contacted all american tony didnt respond to BBB issue they have poor customer service i wouldnt hire them ever again

Our garage door failed one afternoon, the crew made it out the following afternoon. Unfortunately, the motor, and both springs needed to be replaced. They had use functional within a couple hours and did not need to get involved except to key in a security code. Would recommend.

The installer was on time and did a great job of informing us of costs and work that needed to be done. He cleaned up after himself. We’re very satisfied

Left messages with a number of vendors (this was Saturday afternoon). All American returned my call and said they could come out that evening for a $100 overtime charge. I agreed because I couldn't just leave the door open. Toward the evening, they called and said they now couldn't come until the morning for a $50 overtime charge. I had figured out how to protect my garage by parking in front of the door so I agreed. They came out on time in the morning and determined that the opener wasn't at fault; a garbage can I had moved inside was blocking a door component just as it reached the floor. So there was nothing to fix.

All went very smooth...definately would hire them again. Jason was our technician and was exceptional removing the old door, and installing the new one.

Phil is the commercial garage door guy. He was willing to try a variety of options to get to the issue. He stayed until it was finished and everything is working well.

Very well. Caleb was here on time and reviewed where my problems were. He gave a quote and we agreed on the work. He had everything he needed without returning to the shop and got started. He worked hard, fast and efficiently. He took all the old parts away. The only thing reused was the garage door itself. The new opener has brighter lighting, sounds much quieter and the display identifies any problems to help with troubleshooting. He programmed everything for me. Everything works much better and I was completely satisfied. I have recommended that our association put them on our preferred supplier/repair shop list.

They were delayed in coming out and then told me they were out of the door opener, had to reschedule. Next day they came but said it was not the spring causing problem, not the door opener. They quoted me $630 for torson spring plus replacing all the rollers. When I questioned him about the rollers why we need to replace them, he said they were old and no good. I had half of them replaced six months ago so why were they no good. The springs were not broken and whey would they need to be replaced. I called another company and they were questioning the same thing. I felt either All American did not have the knowledge or just wanted me to replace for the sake making business. I paid them the trip charge without doing any additional service.

They did an excellent job. Happened late in the evening and they were able to come fix it immediately . Very pleased with this company.

It went great, their price I paid match the estimate they gave me. I liked that they did not try to upsell and did exactly what we talked about. They also gave me instruction on how and where to lubricate the door moving forward.

They cancelled my first appointment for an estimate. Came on-time for the rescheduled appointment. The pricing was fair and we made the deal. With a few days they called and said my door was in stock and we set up a time for the installation. They were late for the installation and originally one one man was there. Eventually the second arrived. After removing the old door, they realized that the new door they had wasn't what I had ordered. It was a small panel door versus a long panel door. As this was Friday afternoon, they told me they would go ahead and install the door on hand and if I didn't like it, they would come back with the long panel door and swap them. It turned out that the short panel door looked very good - so no need to swap it out. After they left, I realized they didn't install a lift handle. I called them on Monday and made an appointment for them to come back, but they never showed. While I was disappointed with the missed appointments, the actual installation was very nice.

Service was great. From picking out the proper garage panel to installation, everything was great.
