She is very dependable. She shovels our snow in the winter and does a great job. I would recommend her and use her, again. I am very happy with her and have used her for several years.

They do a very wonderful job. I have asked other companies in the past to shovel around the addition to my home so that no water leaks into the basement, The company is the only that has ever listened to my request.

They do a good job and are reliable. If I need to call them for some reason, they always get back to me within a few hours.

Yes, it was a horrendous snow storm (18 inches), and yes, I can see how a snow removal company could get overwhelmed by the magnitude of work, but to not inform customers that they were not coming was simply unconscionable. Alco Services took care of our snow plowing needs last season and we renewed with them for the winter of 2010-11, paying in advance for the season. They are generally slow to arrive, but their price is low. But during our huge weekend snow storm (Dec. 11-12, 2910) they came once on Saturday around noon and did not return on Sunday -- or Monday. This left us with about 16 of the 18 inches of the snow to remove by ourselves this morning so we could go to work. Their phone recording alternates between a message saying that they are working into the evening and an announcement that the voice mailbox is full. I have been unable to reach anyone and they still (as of Monday night 12/13) have not come to plow.

They do a good job and I am very happy with their work. They are responsive, punctual and efficient. I never had any problems with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

THEY RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, ALTHOUGH I SELDOM NEED TO CALL. THEIR EQUIPMENT IS VERY GOOD & THEY DO THE JOB VERY QUICKLY, SO THERE IS LITTLE DISRUPTION OR NOISE.
