Very quick response in giving us an initial bid. Then followup went no where. Didn't know when they wanted to start until they called a couple weeks later wanting to come tear things out the next day. Didn't seem to know how to properly remove mold - we didn't either until we researched it - turns out its more than a guy with a sledgehammer and reciprocating saw. If you need mold taken out of your property properly, I wouldn't recommend them.
Description of Work: Recommended by our insurance claim adjuster to remove mold and rebuild a bathroom and 2 adjacent bedrooms

After a fire in our computer room which did mostly water and smoke damage, Advance did a great job in helping us get back up and running quickly. They met our deadlines. Actually, they were able to complete the new computer room build out ahead of schedule. They were in the office for about 2 weeks repainting, putting in new ceiling tile, etc. They made every effort to allow our normal workflow to occur with as little disturbance as possible and were responsive to any requests/requirements we had. Great job.
Description of Work: Remodeled computer room and adjacent rooms that had water and smoke damage.
