They had a lot of good ideas and they were flexible throughout the job. I like that they were able to come out and get started right away. They had a very good price for their work. I give them all A's for their service.

It was a great experience. They scheduled my appointment very quickly and the service was wonderful. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this service for home theater installation.

Dan was helpful and responded right away to my messages before the installation. Despite leaving specific instructions as to where the TV was going to be installed, the installers talked to my husband about installing it on the wall instead. Things weren't resolved until I was able to get back home a half hour later. We were billed hourly for two workers at the same rate, and the second worker was obviously an apprentice that didn't know what he was doing, and even set the work back at times (by bringing in the big ladder from the truck that wasn't needed, etc.). They also set up the electrician and I had very specifically discussed this with Dan before the installation. The electrician, however, didn't end up doing what we had asked, which was to install the electrical outlet at the base of the wall instead of behind the T.V. This prevented us from being able to install the surge & noise protector I had talked to Dan about installing. After the installation, Dan wasn't as prompt.

Working with Bill Falk at Admit One is always a pleasure, as it was when we had our theater installed over a year ago. He has more integrity than any service provider I have ever worked with! He researched the best new TV technology for the best price that he could find, and also worked with the manufacturer to obtain a wall mount for it. He communicated with our builder to ensure the job was done with minimal input needed from us.

This company is in a league by themselves. They came out and quickly diagnosed why my system was not working correctly. They quickly solved the problem, and I saw and heard a DRAMATIC improvement in the sight and sound of my system. In fact, it was hard to believe you could make that much improvement without changing equipment. I've already scheduled them for two additional projects. They are going to re-do my sound system throughout the rest of my home, then put a sound system throughout my backyard around the pool. I strongly recommend you call this company for all your audio and visual projects, big or small.

BILL IS THE MOST CONSCIENTIOUS CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. EVERY ISSUE THAT WE HAD HE PURSUED TENACIOUSLY UNTIL THE PROJECT WAS PERFECT.
