ACHIEVE MORTGAGE

After a couple of conversations with Tim, I let him know that we were under a time crunch. I contacted him on 5/17 and said, "If you can close by May 31, I will go with your company." He assured me that we could do so, and I completed an application and sent it to him via e-mail on 5/18. He said that he could not do the type of financing that he wanted but a friend in the business could. I did not get a call from his friend Chris until 5/23/06 and again I stressed the importance of the time frame. I was assured that all would be okay to close 5/31/06. I had already lined up title and insurance and provided them with a complete file and a credit score of over 800. I was asked by Chris to get a new PA signed by the sellers with a closing of 6/5, but close was delayed another week finally funding late on 6/12/06. I was treated very unprofessionally by Chris, including having been sworn at during one phone call on 6/9/06 for pushing to get the file to close as promised.
