Our surfacing process can revitalize a bath or kitchen without the cost and aggravation of a complete remodel project. "After carefully covering the surrounding surfaces including the floor, a small piece of linoleum next to the tub that had not been glued in place moved due to the air spray and had gotten some paint on it – we did not feel it was our responsibility since that portion of the floor was not properly installed. We removed the paint leaving the piece slightly lighter than the rest of the floor. This was a very small portion of the floor area and to our knowledge there was no problem with other areas of the room. During the overnite drying time the surrounding wall covering was disturbed and dust and debris was dropped on the still wet surface. When we arrived the next day to finish the job, we cleaned and resprayed the tub. Upon arrival the third day to do wet sanding and finish the job, we were met at the door by the customer and told that they didn’t want us to do any more work. When I offered that I would make right any problems they had with the work, they said they were not interested in going ahead and to leave. There was no indication from the customer that they had these concerns and in fact we were told that they would not give us a negative rating, and we agreed that we would leave and not charge for the work done."
