 + -1 moreA clean, friendly store. Walk in the door and someone is almost always there to ask what you might need help with. Service is quick, professional and generally knowledgeable. In this instance the owner of the store spent 10 minutes going over the problem we were having with our trailer, and even walked us around the back to look at some trailers he had in the back to get a better idea of what we meant. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a few phone calls and let us know how to fix it if we wanted to fix it ourselves, and where we could take it if we just wanted to get it serviced. This is a typical experience at this store. Excellent, knowledgeable service provided quickly. No more wandering around for 30 minutes trying to find your part, or buying the wrong part because you got bad advice. Great hardware store, I basically don't shop anywhere else now.
Description of Work: Once again I've walked out of the Ace Hardware in C*** Rapids with exactly what I needed to know in order to get a job done. I had a tough question about getting a trailer surge brake system fixed, which no one seemed to know the answer to and 10 minutes at Ace and I'm out the door with a solution. I LOVE this place.
