They had excellent service, handled all of the insurance details, got me a loner. Took longer than I thought, but they made sure everything was done right. they kept in contact the entire 2 weeks. Car looks like new,. Was surprised at the cost, but it isn't on my insurance.

Excellent. They came out to my office parking lot, and fixed my windshield right away. They were prompt, called before they arrived, and fixed the windshield extremely quickly. They were fastidious and cleaned the glass so there were no fingerprints after the install. I'd use them again!

I brought my car in on a Monday morning and they said it would be ready by Wednesday afternoon. They called me on Wednesday afternoon and said my car was ready. The car was washed and completely repaired to my satisfaction. I later noticed a piece of my bumper was sticking out and brought the car back 2 weeks later to show them. They took my car in right on the spot and fixed it immediately with no questions asked and no additional charge!

THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I CALLED, AND I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE GLASS DEPT, WHERE MY CALL WAS AGAIN PICKED UP RIGHT AWAY. THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, AND HE INITIATED A 3 WAY CALL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT. HE ARRANGED TO HAVE MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED THE NEXT DAY, AT MY HOME. THE INSTALLER CAME, AND COMPLETED THE WORK BEFORE I EVEN KNEW HE WAS HERE! HE RANG THE DOORBELL TO TELL ME HE WAS DONE, SHOWED ME THE NEW WINDSHIELD AND TOLD ME ABOUT THEIR LIFETIME GUARANTEE. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH FROM THIS OFFICE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

POOR COMMUNICATION; THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY SCHEDULED, CAUSING ME TO WAIT AROUND MUCH OF A SATURDAY FOR THEM. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL, THE NUMBER ONLY GAVE A FULL VOICEMAIL BOX. REACHED THEM ON A WEEKDAY, AND RESCHEDULED, AND THEY DID SHOW UP. THE WORK SEEMED ADEQUATE. ALSO, WERE UNABLE TO GIVE A GOOD ESTIMATE OF WHEN THEY MIGHT COME, LOTS OF TIME SPENT WAITING FOR THEM. GIVING A 2 HOUR WINDOW OF TIME WOULD BE BETTER.
