ABBA RENTALS

Abba Rentals bought the inventory of rental equipment, and the phone number, from Just us Rentals in Hopkins. So when I called Just us, I got Abba. I reserved a piece of equipment, gave my name and phone number, inquired about their payment methods. A few days later on the reservation day and time, I show up to find the attendant not able to find any indication of my rental. Which means that the manager, named Dan, who took the information didn't think enough of it to even register it. Though it was available, the equipment was missing multiple attachments which rendered it unusable. The attendant called Dan on the phone who told him they didn't have those pieces anyway! Of course he hadn't bothered to tell me earlier. So it was 'Sorry' and my planned weekend project was canceled. The nice thing about Angie's List is I didn't get mad or upset at the waste of my time and total incompetence shown. I said 'Thank you' and left, fully waiting to get home and offer this post.
