I’ve used AAA Movers a few times over the last 10 years and each time, the service is amazing. The customers service in booking and follow ups before they even show up is great. Then the actual move is very smooth. Thank you to Khari, Henry, and David for moving me from my apartment to my house when the temperature was -10F. They were in great spirits and very cordial and detail oriented. What I love about AAA Movers vs another company I used in the past is the extra attention to protect your items when moving them and caution they have to protect your property. Wrapping furniture, using runners on the floor, working hard to keep everything clean as they are moving. Plus, they are following Covid protocols. Wearing face masks while moving furniture and boxes, well done and much appreciated. I’d highly recommend AAA movers.

Disregard for furniture and property resulting in damages. Moved items they were told repeatedly were to remain at the house. Charged twice the estimate as they could not get their truck up or down a hill due to snow. Meanwhile, the clock ticked and I was billed for their nonproductive time. They left cigarette butts on the lawn.

They came to move my mothers house and brought a truck that was too small (it was additionally filled with items from another job they were doing). So, they didn't get everything in the house obviously and did refund some money, but the mover Mike offered to come later that week to finish the move as a 'side job'. Everything was scheduled but the afternoon of, he did not show up, did not answer his phone and did not return any calls. Had to scramble to get family/ friends to help and was able to find possibly the last moving truck in the twin cities to finish the next day, since it was the LAST DAY on her lease. Would not recommend these guys. They stole our time and money and added more stress to a move that hiring movers is supposed to take away.

AAA Movers was very professional and worked fast. My move went smoothly and was finished in less time than was estimated, so I saved money on an already extremely reasonable price. The movers were great and I would absolutely use AAA again!

I hired AAA to assist with a move on 5/21/20. The two men were very professional and timely. I thought the pricing was fair. Both movers were very friendly and moved at a brisk pace, while taking care to ensure my belongings were not damaged. I would definitely use them again.

It went fantastic! The movers were very courteous and treated my belongings with care. They wrapped my couch so it didn't get dirty/scrapped and even lifted it through the patio door when it wouldn't fit through the front door! Way to go AAA movers!

I would recommend AAA Movers to anyone I know moving in the metro area. The service they provided was impeccable and very professional. The three movers they sent were very prompt and communicated very well. They were hard working and got the work done within the time allotted to them. I am extremely happy with the service, and the pricing was just right. 10/10 for the entire move and the services.
