The service people are well trained to deal with customers. They are courteous and considerate, and tell you everything that you want to know about anything. The cost of the repair was almost equal to the cost of a new stove, and so I have regrets about the repair. I could have been more circumspect, but generally they tell you what the bill is going to be and so I can?t hold that against them. Everything has worked great since the repair. They are punctual, and they come when they say they are going to come.
