I was getting ready to close on my home sale and broke the dead bolt on
the back door literally two hours before closing. Michael arrived at my
house 30 minutes after I contacted him and fixed the lock before
closing. If I could give a A+ for responsiveness I would. The price was
reasonable and the work done well and fast. I very much appreciated
Michael bailing me out of what could have been a bad situation. Thanks

He arrived on time and did a wonderful job with replacing 6 door locks (+ dead bolts). Michael had a great attitude while our family and friends came in and out of his work space. He worked at length on a hot summer evening. Most importantly, the locks were effective and secure.

I had a great experience with this locksmith! My special needs son had locked himself into his room and I tried one other locksmith before finding A-Lockman. The other locksmith recommended him and gave me his number. Well, he explained to me right away over the phone how I could unlock my son's room from the outside (it worked!) and then a couple hours later he came to change my lock and was very reasonably priced and friendly. I was very happy with his service and would use him again!

Did a great job. He came out quickly and repaired the broken rear door with a metal sleave, replaced the door handle, dead bolt and rekeyed the front door and dead bolt. He made my Tenant feel secure after a break in. I will use again.

I called a few locksmiths from the Angies List iphone app. Some didn't want to travel to my area, or that late, but this locksmith was courteous and professional. He arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and didn't take long to do his thing.

Michael was about ten minutes late, but did call to say he was on the way. He was friendly and funny! He gave us advice on what types of locks to use (single versus double-locking deadbolts) in regard to safety (as in getting out quickly in case of fire) and security. He took the time to chat with us about what locks would work best for our needs on our 4 storm doors and was patient and informative. We called him on a Saturday and he got to our house in two hours, what quick service! My only complaint was that Michael did not clean up after himself despite having left wood shavings on the floor from drilling a hole in the door.

Although they've had a bit of trouble with my lock, they've gotten me in each time and I've been grateful. Service is professional and prompt.

Very efficient, very affordable, able to respond quickly even on weekends. Nice, friendly person and experienced.
