It was a simple repair, the lights in the downstairs bathroom are working once more. Ken helped me put back the cabinet we had to move to get to the electrical panel.
Ken was polite, professional and I will call him again when electrical work is needed in my house.
He charged only for the house call since the repair turned out to be very quick.

Ken responded quickly and professionally. He worked with power company employees to make sure the job was done correctly.

Ken was prompt and professional from beginning to end. This was true of his initial return of my phone call, when he came out to give an estimate and when he did the work. He helped problem solve and come up with the best lighting solution when he came for the estimate. The work was completed as expected and within the estimate he gave.

He was the only electrician that responded to my call. His name is Ken Graves. He was good and we really liked him. He was very helpful. My husband had gotten into trouble trying to do it himself and he wasn't critical. He got the job done fast. We needed him that day and we spoke to him the night before. At first he said it would be the following afternoon and he called back and was able to come at 8 am that next morning. He was professional and clean. It only took about an hour to do the work.

It went very well. He was on time, called me on the way in, was very friendly and efficient. He was informative, made sure he understood what I wanted, and advised me well when I was unsure.

Great. If there is one thing I don't mess with, it is electrical. He'll either bid the project or work by the hour. He left the job site cleaner than when he got there.

Ken was my natural choice to get the job done. Very professional and courteous. Incoming wires had to move away from over the hot tub. Meter was moved and circuits added to panel. Ken cleaned up well after every day of work

Ken was excellent. He was on time, worked quickly, and the price was exactly what he quoted, even though the job was a little bit more complicated than it had seemed at first (we had to move some junction boxes for the lights to work).

Ken is the greatest! First of all, he donated services as part of Angie's List ''Wishmaker'' Award. But the fact that he donated time and materials didn't matter--he came out before our Wishmaker's Day to spec the job. Then he came back and installed a dedicated circuit to the bathroom and rewired a bedroom ceiling fan that a previous owner had tied into the bathroom circuit. This was an involved project requiring three trips. Given that he wasn't making any money on it, his professionalism and excellence was way above the call. We can't speak highly enough of Ken and his work. Thanks Ken! You helped make our Wishmaker Day a special event. We won't soon forget your generosity--the quality of your work will be a daily reminder!

Ken was very responsive to phone calls, punctual and offered appropriate explanations for the work that was going to be done. The final price came in lower than others who had bid who we found were not as responsive and would have had other employees do the work. Ken did the work himself and worked quickly.

We were thrilled to have worked with Ken on this project. He was such a problem solver when figuring out how to run wiring yet very cautious about keeping the project safe for our family and up to code. He gave us tips on how to prepare the work space which helped us to save on cost. The other contractors we interviewed included these steps in their bid making their costs about 30% higher. We love the final result and have already recommended him to several friends and family members.

KEN PERFORMED EXTENSIVE WORK ON AN OLDER HOME THAT WE WERE REMODELING. THIS WORK INCLUDED INSTALLING A NEW SERVICE PANEL, RUNNING SEVERAL NEW CIRCUITS, REROUTING OTHER CIRCUITS INTO THE KITCHEN AND BATH, AND HARDWIRING SMOKE DETECTORS IN THREE BEDROOMS. IN ADDITION HE INSTALLED ALL NEW OUTLETS, INCLUDING GFI AND SWITCHES IN BOTH ROOMS. THIS WORK REQUIRED EXTENSIVE EXPERTISE IN TRACING THE OLD WIRING THROUGH THE ATTIC AND THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE TO DETERMINE WHAT WOULD BE REQUIRED. KEN'S PROPOSAL WAS VERY DETAILED AND HIS WORK WAS FINISHED ACCORDINGLY. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PUNCTUAL. NOT TO BE OVERLOOKED IS THE FACT THAT KEN'S WORK HABITS INCLUDE BEING EXTREMELY NEAT. AT DAYS END THE HOUSE WAS ALWAYS CLEAN. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND KEN TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES QUALITY WORK, FAIRLY PRICED, AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
