They are excellent at floral design and at a fair price.

They were very good. They listened well. My only problem was that I told them if no one was home to leave the flowers to the left, and they left them to the right.

I ordered the flowers from their website and it was very easy! I got a message saying the post office didn't recognize the delivery address, called 38th Street Flowers' toll-free number and they said they'd verify the address. They called back within minutes to confirm that the address was accurate. They delivered the flowers on time and the recipient loved them. I was very happy with the experience!

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They knew the address where they had to deliver so; I did not have to explain things. The price was also reasonably. They did a good job.

I went to the florist in the morning to order a tropical flower arrangement for pickup in the afternoon. This was my first time with this florist. I told them I wanted Bird of Paradise and how much I wanted to spend. I told them when I wanted to pick it up and it was ready when I got there. The arrangement was very creative, the flowers were fresh and there were more flowers than I was expecting. I would definitely use them again. I suggest asking them do the arrangement instead of ordering from the website. I based my price on what was available from the web page but had them do their own arrangement, and it had a lot more flowers than I was expecting for the price.

Easy to walk in and quickly walk back out with the perfect thank you or personal pick-me-up. You can pick your own favorite cut flowers from vases on the wall or just have them do whatever they think is great and fresh for the price you choose. They always do a great job with arrangements and the flowers always last a long time. Roses are reasonably priced, I just prefer cut flower arrangements.

The flowers were beautiful and were exactly as I requested. For not showing a picture or describing the particular flowers I wanted in the fall a arrangement, they did a great job picking just the right flowers.

Decided to try this florist based on Angie's List(ing). It appears I had used them before, as they are an FTD vendor. My wife received a beautiful, fall-themed cut-flower arrangement. It was a good value for $50, including delivery to Eden Prairie. My wife raved over them and they've held up well for a week. Recommended.

I typically only do delivery from 38th Street Florists. I call them up, talk to a live person who is always helpful, pay by credit card, and always get that WOW phone call from the recipients. The price for a dozen roses is very reasonable, considering some corporate chains get twice what I pay here. Quality has always been top notch, and when I have had problems with one or two select flower buds, I've gotten replacements or credit. I will always use this florist for my flower-sending needs.
