We were the only customers there on Sunday afternoon and got great service. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in our selections. He was a bit pushy on the sale, and when we told him we weren't quite sure about making the purchase yet, he knocked $20 off the price. We've only had the weights for a week, but they seem to be fitting our needs. I've always thought 2nd Wind only had used equipment, but it seemed like the bulk of their showroom was new equipment.
