+ -1 moreCONTRACTED FOR RE-FINANCING IN JUNE WITH COMPANY TO REFINANCE BALANCE OF MY HOME MORGATE. WHEN WE GOT TO CLOSING THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT WERE DIFFERENT THEN TERMS ON THE LOAN, SO I DID NOT ACCEPT THE LOAN. THE PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH LEFT A MESSAGE CONFIRMING THAT THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG PRODUCT AND WHEN I CALLED TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION, I WAS REFUSED THE PRODUCT I HAD SIGNED UP FOR, AND THE COMPANY REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THE AMOUNT I HAD PAID FOR THE OTHER SERVICE IN ADVANCE
