Excellent experience - highly recommend. Laptop would not boot up. Suspected hardrive crash. Called Steven Schoo (technician, owner). Steven picked up the PC, diagnosed bad hard drive, Recovered most data from the bad drive, replaced with new drive, upgraded windows version, restored data and returned to my home 9 hours after picking up. If you want trustworthy tech with fair pricing, this is the guy!

Steve did an excellent job on the installation.  He also answered (and continues to answer) my many questions when I have them.

Steven came to my house. He diagnosed several issues. Ordered all the necessary parts, installed them. He had to install all the drivers for printers, etc. Made sure there were no virus issues. Installed any and all updates including windows 10. This 8 year old computer works better now than when i bought it from Dell.

Steven ran many diagnostics on my computer and determined what was causing my computer to freeze.  He sped up my computer and taught me a lot things I had on my list.  Good teacher and good tech.  I have more work for him and have already referred him to someone else!

All the other places wanted to charge a lot more. Steven worked quickly and professionally and kept me informed of all my options in easy to understand English. He was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I'd highly recommend him for anything computer related!
