Had no problem telling me everything I wanted to hear about subleasing. Don’t believe them. Because of a medical situation and a live in pain clinic order I am not able to move in on the 1st of August. Tried to contact about options. Joel went straight to “ you signed a lease” could of gone to “ let me see if I can figure something out or let’s do what I told you about subleasing. No. Just pretty much I want money. So now we go into a court battle, just because of the agent Joel and the unprofessional responses and unwillingness to have someone or his lawyer contact us. So now. Let’s play ball. I have nothing but time.
