Awful. We got a quote over the phone for $125, and when the guys arrived the price was well over $300, even though the items were exactly as stated and we'd already moved them upstairs. We REALLY needed them gone, so agreed to a reduced price but I would never recommend them or use them again.

Unbelievable bait and switch. We were quoted the minimum charge or 'up to $249' for the work. When the guys got here they quoted $400 to remove the items. We were ready to tell them to leave when they negotiated a $300 charge. We're getting work done and needed the items out of the way so agreed to that. Beware of the phone quote! We chose them for the lower price quoted but it was not accurate at all.
