insulation was done since they said they did not have enough to finish
the job on the first day. I was not present the day the job was
completed.
One year later the outside frame around the windows is
falling apart. I have had no luck getting a return phone call from the
company. It appears that they have gone out of business. I am unable
to get the Milaca Chamber of Commerce to answer my email regarding the
status of Ultimate Exteriors (a member of that Chamber).
"AS A COMPANY WE WORK EXTREMELY HARD TO DELIVER A “RED CARPET” EXPERIENCE TO EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER FROM START TO FINISH ON EVERY JOB. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE FELL SHORT OF THIS GOAL IN THESE CUSTOMERS’ EYES. WE STAYED IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS WITH THE MEMBER VIA EMAILS, PHONE CONVERSATIONS AND ON SITE VISITS NOT ONLY WITH OUR SALESMAN AND PROJECT MANAGERS, BUT ALSO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. I DO BELIEVE THAT WE DELIVERED A SPECTACULAR FINISHED PRODUCT THAT WE AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE EXTREMELY PROUD OF. WE WERE LED TO BELIEVE THROUGH THE MANY CONVERSATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMERS THAT THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND THE CUSTOMERS WERE HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. WE WERE ONLY MADE AWARE THAT THERE WERE ADDITIONAL ISSUES AFTER THIS REPORT CAME OUT ON ANGIE’S LIST. AFTER READING THIS REPORT WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMERS AND ADDRESSED THE ISSUES THAT THEY HAD. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON OUR NAME AND WE HAVE AN EXTREMELY LONG AND EVER GROWING LIST OF VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. WE ENCOURAGE EACH AND EVERY CONSUMER TO EDUCATE THEMSELVES ON THE PRODUCT AND COMPANY THAT THEY CHOOSE TO COMPLETE THEIR HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. THROUGH OUR PROCESS WE SUPPLY EACH PROSPECT WITH EVERY RESEARCH AID WE POSSIBLY CAN TO FULFILL THEIR RESEARCH NEEDS, INCLUDING FULL REFERENCE LISTS OF PAST CUSTOMERS. WE PERFORM A FINAL WALK THOUGH TWO TIMES WITH EACH CUSTOMER, ONE WITH THE ON SITE CREW AND ONE LATER WITH THE SALESMAN. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT NOTHING WILL BE MISSED AND THAT NOTHING LIKE THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. WE ALSO OFFER A FIVE YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE STANDARD WITH EVERY JOB, TO PROVE TO THE CUSTOMER THAT WE BACK THE WORK WE DO AND THAT WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM."
