Andrews Auto House of Princeton

I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Andrews. From my first discussion with Chuck who took time to understand what my needs and interests were to patiently working with me as I test-drove several cars to going above and beyond to address some post-purchase repairs under warranty. Everybody I worked with (Chuck, Don, Galen, Linda and Denise) demonstrated that they cared about my needs and satisfaction, that they were absolutely committed to the highest standards of quality, integrity, and service. I live in Rochester, which is a haul from their location, but I felt like I was treated like a next door neighbor. I am glad to have found Andrews and will maintain this relationship founded on mutual trust and integrity.

Andrews of Princeton, they are wonderful. Great. They are extremely professional, they are extremely do an excellent job on repairing cars, they are friendly. They are great people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone for Saabs, Volvos, they are just really very, very good.

They are good Saab mechanics and dealers. They deal in really gently used Saabs. There's nothing we dislike. They're very friendly and accommodating. They have a transport that comes from Princeton to the Minneapolis area to pick up your car and bring it back when it's done. They give you a loaner for free. That service does cost a little bit. They're very accurate and they are good at what they do. If they don't get it right they do it over again.

The exhaust noise was a rusted out clamp which cost $35 to replace. I had to wait a day for the tires to come so I had a loaner car. The next day my car was ready but the loaner car died in my driveway and would not start. I needed a car at 3:30 for an appointment. The owner (Don Andrews) drove my car (with the repairs completed) 40 miles to my house and had another employee follow him in a second car to give him a ride home. I got to my appointment on time in my repaired car. It is not every repair shop where the owner will drive 40 miles to deliver your car. I have used Andrews for my car repairs for many years. They will always "go the extra mile" (or in this case 40 miles) to see that the customer is happy.
