Rich worked with us to design a custom fence solution. He listened to our style preferences and our desire to mix that with functionality. He presented the pre-fab options for comparison but when we saw the custom solution he came up it was an easy choice. The installation crews were respectful and do high quality work. The attention to detail is impeccable. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I highly recommend Barrk Art Fence!

Rich walked around the yard, was very enthusiastic, he said he would send samples of his work while he looked at the project area with me. He said he would get everything measured and send me a quote. When I went in the house, I looked out the window and saw him speed off in his car. He never returned or called. This, after cancelling to meet me the first time we set up a date for a bid. That should have been a sign to me something was wrong.

We were having the fence built and a garage. Our garage builder recommended Barrk Art and Richard came to our home and gave us a quote. He was friendly and helpful during that visit. We liked him and his quote, and told him we wanted his fence but he wanted to wait until the the garage was done. We called him again later to get him to start because there were major delays in the garage...He asked to come out again to review the job, but he wanted to hold starting the fence until after the garage was completed (and was rather abrupt and rude unlike our first encounter). By the time all the building was done on the garage, it was winter and the ground was starting to freeze. So we called him in spring and he acted as if we had left him high and dry ... saying "I haven't heard either way after all those visits we have moved on". This was a reaction that was totally unexpected as I had asked him to start the job twice but he wanted to wait. If he could no longer do the job for the quoted amount I could understand this, but he didn't offer to revise the quote. The way he treated us was rude and unprofessional.

they were very professional. They left the area cleaner then when they arrived. I would definitely hire them again.

Perfect. Flexible on timing and had some great ideas for how to run our fence. Worked in and around our garden without disturbing any plants. Would absolutely use again.

Rich, the owner, was great. He was willing to customize the fence to my exact specifications and came out numerous times to make sure that we had the exact specs down before beginning the job. After we scheduled the fence work I realized that the new sod needed more time to set and I delayed the fence a few times. He was very understanding and worked to squeeze me in when I was ready. His crew did great work and Rich was at my house everyday to check in and make sure the job was being done right. I had a fence built by another company at my previous house and the experience with this company was like night and day. It was such a pleasure to work with a very professional company that kept their word, delivered a great product and was reasonably priced.

Rich was great! He came out for the bids and was the one doing the work. He guarantees his workmanship. High quality at a fair price! I would highly recommend Barrk Art to anyone interested in a custom fence!
