Their quality is high and they are professional. They are a little short on communication but they are good. Their price is competitive.

The soft market may have worked to our advantage to get such quality work available in such a short rush, but Jeremy from Northland Construction delivered exactly what we needed in time for the special open house ceremony we had planned for 2 weeks later. In addition to the quality work from the actual construction to the cleanup, Jeremy was very cost conscientious even picking up items for us that were selected carefully at Restore. Jeremy also helped inform us of the options possible, that helped us choose to have his company complete additional details we had trouble reaching a decision on ourselves. We are defineitley going to Jeremy at Northland Construction first with our future building needs.
