"Hello [Member name removed], I want to address your concerns from our completed service to your property in 2013. We communicate to our customers that we guarantee and 80-85% reduction of mosquitoes. Our targeted pest is mosquitoes and ticks, however customers experience a benefit in reduced spider, ants and fly control with our EPA registered product. We also offer an all-natural product to customers that prefer a more environmentally friendlier solution to providing pest control, which are essential oils. Our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that our MN licensed applicators wear is essential because they are exposed on a daily basis to spraying residential and commercial properties. They are also required to wear long sleeve shirts, ear protection and water repellent foot wear. Deet is a good repellent for ticks and mosquitoes when you are in areas not protected by our services."
