We had Kari by twice. The first time she did not do too bad of a job, the second time all she did was a light dusting and vacuuming for an hour and a half. That came out to about $63 an hour. When I asked her why certain things were not done like my bedroom mirror, she told me I never asked her to do it. I was very clear that I needed a semi-deep cleaning not a light cleaning when I was hiring a housekeeper. This is definitely not what I expect from a professional housekeeper.
