Manna

I made an appointment which had to be rescheduled . Lost a day of work. I rescheduled the delivery and took another day off or work.  The day before the delivery was to be amde, I received 3 conformation emails, 1 conformation text, and a conformation phone call(stating an incorrect delivery time,7-11)with a message on my answering machine. I called Manna to verify delivery and make sure we had the correct delivery time(12-4). Delivery time corrected, "shipment will be there tomorrow".  At 9:35 pm( the night before delivery) I received a call from Manna , saying they had to reschedule AGAIN(would be 3rd time rescheduling), because , Manna couldn't find the shipment. The woman I was speaking to from Manna , put the order on hold until they could verify shipment date.I asked when that would be and she wasn't sure.  Once tthe shipment was found, , Manna would call to reschedule.
.I had asked to speak to a manager , but a manager was "not in". To the woman's credit , we were on the phone for a good 1/2 hr. and she did try to find the "shipment". She put the delivery "on hold", until the "shipment " could be found . When Manna had my Dining set they would call and then we could  reschedule , once again. I decided to go into work, since the "shipment was on hold".
On my way out the door, on my way to work, at 8:30am, the  delivery truck arrived w/ my "shipment".
