We work with homes, businesses, hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities and designers throughout the twin cities area, Minnesota & Wisconsin. Centrally located in Mendota Heights, we are a convenient destination for all of your furniture, drapery, bedding and fabric needs. I saw a favorable story on this company in our community newspaper. Everything went very smoothly. They took the chairs to their own site. Everything was completed within one week. The leather on my chairs was not prime grade, so this might make a difference in the cost.

My experience with Custom Craft Upholstery was okay. I was not happy that the pattern match it did not match up between the two chairs. They are sturdy and excellently made. I felt like the price was fine. They are punctual. I would not use them again in the future.

WE NEEDED THE WORK DONE IN A RELATIVELY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND THEY FINISHED 2 DAYS AHEAD OF WHEN PROMISED. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED. SUZANNE CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO DO THE ESTIMATES AND WAS VERY HELPFUL.

EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE IN WISCONSIN THEY OFFERED PICK UP AND DELIVERY. DECLINING THEIR OFFER WE TOOK IT IN OURSELVES. WHEN THEY WERE READY TO PUT THE FILLING IN THE CHAIR THEY CALLED AND INVITED ME IN. WHILE SITTING IN THE CHAIR THEY HAD ME DECIDE WHICH FILLING WAS MOST COMFORTABLE IN THE SEAT AND BACK CUSHIONS. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THIS CUSTOM TOUCH! THEY WENT THROUGH SUCH GREAT LENGTHS TO HAVE IT READY WHEN PROMISED - BUT IT WENT DOWN TO THE WIRE. OVERALL THEY ARE REALLY COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

THE SALESPERSON WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE A NUMBER OF OPTIONS AND HELPED GUIDE ME TO FABRICS THAT WORKED WELL AND THAT WERE ALSO INEXPENSIVE (RELATIVELY SPEAKING.) THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT, AND THE DELIVERY CREW WERE EFFICIENT AND ABLE TO MOVE A LARGE COUCH IN & OUT OF MY HOME WITH MINIMAL EFFORT. THE WORK WAS ALSO DONE IN EXACTLY THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. MY ONLY RESERVATIONS ARE THAT THE APPOINTMENT TO MEET WITH THE SALESPERSON HAD TO BE DONE DURING MY WORKING HOURS, AND SHE WAS 1 1/2 HRS LATE. ALSO WHEN ONE OF THE FABRICS WAS UNAVAILABLE THE YOUNG WOMAN IN THE SHOP WAS A LITTLE SURLY WHEN I HAD TO GO OVER THERE TO PICK A NEW FABRIC. ON BALANCE, I''D DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
