I was informed by the previous owners that the roof had been redone and the garage now leaked. They told me the garage did not leak prior to Carlson Construction working on it. I contacted Carlson Construction to stop the leak. He made several trips over the years. Sometimes, I even had the prior owner call him for help. He made many attempts to stop the leak including replacing some of the new shingles. Nothing he did corrected the problem. My brother visiting from Chicago, finally repaired the leak with a couple beer cans in 2011 or 2012. The roofed leaked for 6 or 7 years and Carlson Construction never fixed the problem.
