Technician diagnosed problem quickly and replaced needed part. Technician was friendly and informative.

Fine, he didn't have the part at first but someone from the office brought it to him.

Nate came on time, listen to our issue and performed Furnace tune-up activity. I immediately observed increased airflow over Level 2 and temp shoot up 2 F immediately. In past, I invited others HAVC companies & they propose furnace change and zoning system installation. Nate did a great job and we found we do not need any HAVC upgrade anymore. Ditter and team are great, know what they do and most importantly guide their customers with a most optimum solution.

It went well from start to finish and we are now enjoying our much quieter furnace. Michael was very professional and took the time to explain all of our options to us. He communicated well with us throughout the project. The crew was on time, friendly, and left things neat when they left.

The whole process could not have been better. Tim gave us options calling on his 20+ years working for Ditter as an installer. The crew, Darren and Jim, also have many years of experience...and they were tidy, cordial and prompt. Excellent!

This experience could not have gone better.  The crew that installed the new equipment was fast, professional and very clean.  Runners were used to protect the carpet as they brought in the new equipment and removed the old.  The installation process went very smoothly and the new air intake and exhaust lines were routed in great locations with very minimal need for modifications to get outside the house.  The new location of the A/C unit  is very good and the job done to level it and connect it to the inside unit was done in such a way that we now have more usable space under our deck.  The city inspection after the job was done went extremely well, passed with flying colors.  We have been using the new equipment for several weeks now and are impressed with the quietness and efficiency of the new furnace.  Our old furnace could be heard throughout the house when it kicked on and while running, the new one is so much quieter we hardly know it is there.  The other side of the transaction went very smoothly as well.  Ditter took care of all the rebates (we qualified for rebates from the Gas and Electric companies, as well as one from the manufacturer), the building permit and all other fees.  I can't say enough about how well this project went.  This was a major expenditure for us and I am very happy with the outcome.  I am especially impressed with the professionalism of the entire organization, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Ditter Heating and Cooling to anyone needing their services.

Nate came within an hour of calling, on a Friday evening. He said everything looked ok, so the pressure switch might be bad. He didn't have the part so he went back and got a temporary replacement to get me through the weekend. On Monday he called and said he has the right part, and came and replaced it. So far no problems since. I was very impressed with Nate. I had two other companies look at it and neither succeeded. Nate spent the time to find the problem, test the replacement, and wait to make sure it was fixed. I am also very happy that Ditter checked for me that the part itself was under warranty. This saved me some money. I would definitely use Ditter again, hoping to get Nate.

The estimate was inclusive and competitive, with Tim being very knowledgeable about the products (Lennox) he was selling. He provided detailed insight into what technologies would be best for our home and how to overcome the zone heating system that was previously installed. After signing the paperwork, Todd and crew came out a week later and did an amazing job of removing the old furnace and A/C, disengaging the zone system, and installing our new hardware and software (thermostat and control panel). The job took two days and they did it seamlessly without so much as a scratch on anything. The house is amazingly comfortable and the system is a breeze to use.

Excellent service all around -- an estimate of the repair was given over the phone, price was reasonable, and service was scheduled.  The service person was courteous, very professional, and friendly. He removed his shoes at the door without asking, which was greatly appreciated. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Would definitely use their services in the future.

We had 4 estimates. Husband chose Ditter due to  salesperson who answered all of our questions.  His plan was the best. All estimates were close in range.

They came out promptly but charged me $288.22 for a part that can be purchased online for $25.  He was in our house for no more than 20 minutes.  Our furnace is getting old and we were told we would probably need a new furnace soon, which we agreed with.  However before he left the serviceman took 1 reading for carbon monoxide.  The reading was 1ppm.  I was then told I needed a new furnace as soon as possible.  Upon further investigation online, 1 ppm is not at all dangerous plus a reading of that level can come from many sources besides the furnace including the stove, fireplace, cooking and smoking.  Also, he took 1 reading and that is not the industry standard.  I felt I was being manipulated through fear to purchase a new furnace.

My furnace broke. I called Standard Heating and Air Conditioning first (a big mistake). After Standard's awful customer service, I called Ditter. The people at Ditter came to my house, offered me a great price on a new furnace and installed the furnace quickly, The installation people were professional and did an excellent job installing the new furnace. I will call Ditter Cooling and Heating needs in the future.

He showed up on time and conducted a check up for my AC. I had purchased a special deal through Angies List and this was the first of two visits included.
He explained up front what he would be doing and gave me a summary when he was done.

It went very well. They arrived on time and did a good job.

The field tech for the manufacturer reviewed all the measurements and changes made to the unit by Ditter, and agreed to swap out the entire furnace. A new unit was installed and it's worked great.
Ditter shared in our inconvenience, understanding that it was not their fault nor our fault - and never complained about going beyond expectations to solve the problem.
