KARL'S APPLIANCES HAS TOTALLY STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY ETHICAL & REASONABLE, & HAVE STOOD BEHIND THEIR PROMISES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ALSO BEAT EVERYONE'S PRICES & DELIVERED/INSTALLED FOR $35.
