Garrett was absolutely amazing. Quick, responsive, thorough and amazingly easy to work with. Being a female household, some companies tried to take advantage of that. The Taylor boys didn't! They explained everything, and made it extremely easy to work with and understand the process. We will use them again.

Garett was the only contractor I called that called me right back . He came to my house showed me were the proplems where and what I should do . Being a women I was not education in this area but Garett did a great job explaning everything and taking me to a couple other houses they had done . There crew was very neat and clean and professional . They were curtious of my drive way and street . The job they did was beautiful ,I've been so happy to have friends over to show my house off. They also did a payment plan that work for me and helped with being able to upgrade a couple things . I will never have another contractor do my work

They dug the hole for the egress window and left it for approximately a month before returning to install the window. The pile of dirt left on the lawn killed the grass. They failed to secure a permit to install the egress window. Once installed I had to contact the city to determine how to fix the situation and get the window approved so my wife could open her daycare. The window failed the inspection and they had to come back and replace the hardware in order to correct the situation. They were very apologetic and professional about the situation and discounted the charge, but that hardly made up for the trouble.

"We ordered the window and it took a month to get from Linsey they gave us a 15% discount for the wait. The dirt we left for home owner who said a friend wanted it then reneged. I bought grass seed and watered for 3 days To repair damage. The inspector was gone on vacation so I went and did window the had inspection when he returned that was my fault and a error but everything passed and inspector was very impressed with job , LINSEY also put on wrong opening hardware and becouse we were under time crunch with getting a inspection for the Family to get her daycare lincence the rep from LINSEY Windows came the same day after hours. I also discounted family 50 dollars for delays . but I handled everything every step of the way and made sure the job was done correctly . But we are very unhappy to ever have a customer unpleased we strive for 100% satisfaction ."
