The company was contacted to remove a snake for the bank that foreclosed on the house. After the traps were set out, I called to say that a dead snake was left in the house, not in a trap, just on the floor.

8 months later I received a bill for the service. I explained that the bank has deadlines and so much time had passed, I did not know if they would accept the invoice. The bank rejected the invoice.

I attempted to talk with Mary, but she repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation and asked why it had taken 8 months to bill the bank.

Having been a small business owner, I wrote a letter outlining the problem and included a personal check for 50% because I felt bad for them. Their response was to send me to collections! I was not the client. I was mearly the bank's local contact.

Based on the snake being left in the house, the abusive treatment by Mary and the complete lack of understanding of the difference between a corporate client and the contact person, I would not recommend this company.

They charged a lot. First squirrel they captured was free but after that it was 49 dollars a piece. They were diligent in securing ladders. They had to rent a really high ladder and even brought out a fellow from a scaffolding company because the top of our house was very tall. Their price was high but worth it.
