Bjorn and Northway were great! He responded quickly to my request, showed up on time, and talked me through what we saw on the roof that needed repair. He took the time to explain to me all of the options. Then, presented a quote quickly with potential upgrades that I could do, but didn’t have to if my budget didn’t allow. He did not pressure my decision in any way. I asked a series of follow up questions via a couple emails, and bjorn took the time to respond to each one. After meeting with 4 more companies, I decided to move forward with his quote based on price, quality of work/product, and my trust in him based on our conversations. A few weeks later, a crew from Northway arrived to remove my existing shingles, remove/install a new skylight, and lay new shingles to my 2k+ sq ft roof. Before they started to remove the shingles they made sure the area around my house was properly tarped off and there was no property around the house that would be damaged during the work. During the replacement I was contacted with questions/issues that arose so I was able to provide feedback. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, and the level of work performed by Northway. I recommend them to anyone who asks for roofing help, and look forward to hiring them again (if needed) in the future.

Really well. Great price compared to other bids and the quality was really high. They were very responsive to any concerns we had and even helped with some other projects around the house. Can't say enough...you can't go wrong.

We have a flat roof, so the we had a number of bids/quotes. This provider followed through and knew exactly what to do, when other providers didn't. He had high expertise in both residential and commercial work. He was very responsive and very professional. We also plan to use him for siding too.

They have made everything go really well. The owner is very knowledgeable and pretty laid back. Quality and price are good. I would recommend them.

Bjorn was honest, fair and unbelievably hard working. He was not just a great contractor but a great designer. We selected him because of the aesthetic sense his company web site conveyed.

They were on time. They matched the paint. They were very professional and did a great job.

Bjorn and his workers were great.  We were very impressed how early they arrived to work, and how they worked when it was very cold outside.  The deck turned out beautifully.  We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Bjorn and his team did a wonderful job, the deck is beautiful.  We used the Trex Escapes decking with the hidden fastener system, looks great.  Bjorn suggested going 12' on center with floor joists which was a great suggestion, eliminates bounce with this decking.

They installed notched 6X6 cedar posts, cedar skirt, cedar railings with aluminum balisters.  All very well done.  All cedar was sanded down and looks great.  We also highly recommend post skirts as a final touch, really brought everything together and hid any little imperfections. 

His crew was prompt and informative and really allowed us to get exactly what we wanted.  I can't say enough about their performance and we will definitely be using them for any future remodel/building needs.

I do have to note though, the only negative, was the digging of the holes for the footings out front.  If you have an existing lawn, the skidster used to drill them will rip up the lawn and make uneven impressions.  If its new construction, no worries.  But we do have some lawn repairs to do now but maybe that should be expected with construction, not sure. 

But overall, I give them an A. Highly recommended.

Proform work was outstanding exhibiting great attention to design and detail

They sanded and refinished the porch. They also did some additional woodwork on the sides of the porch. They painted the pillars in the porch. They rebuilt the front porch. We paid around $1500 for the job. The end result was good, even though, it look a lot longer than we expected. The guy, who did the work, was fairly young. We felt that this was a bigger project than what he could handle. However, he was very professional and he made sure that we were happy with the end result. He gave us options and he approached us the right way. We appreciated him for that. The cost was a little higher than our original plan, but he explained the reason for same. The project started out as sanding and refinishing the porch, but it extended beyond that. We are very happy with the final product. We will hire him back in the future.

We needed to make our current siding and deck last another five years and Bjorn did a super job! He was VERY professional, punctual, respectful and he explained EVERYTHING including the type of paint we should use on the house. He recommended some additional work, some of which we did and some of which we decided to wait on. He was at the job site every day and even worked weekends to get the job completed. Working with Bjorn was great!

They are excellent! They always came in by 8:00 am every day. Work is way well performed. If any delays, they worked on Saturdays. Designing was also very nice. Very reliable and I recommend the Pro Form Builders for anyone thinking renovation.

Bjorn was very detailed about his work. He was conscientious and his price was reasonable.

Before painting could be done, some areas of the siding needed to be replaced and a window needed replacing. The owner, Bjorn Ricke, explained what needed to be done very well and we agreed upon a cost for the repair work before he started and he used this standard as a couple of hidden replacement areas came up while doing the work. Bjorn and his crew were very professional. They showed up at the agreed upon time each day until the project was finished. Some of the painting was done in areas next to roofing or a stained deck where splashing or dripping would be very noticable. Bjorn and his crew were extremely neat and clean. There was no mess and there were no spots anywhere. The final job is fantastic! The house sparkles. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Pro Form Builders to anyone wanting a painting, remodeling or building project done by a professional you can trust to do it right.

It went well until we had to call them back because there were some thinly applied spots. After much negotiation they came back and filled in the material. Their price was really good. The man that came out to give the estimate was pleasant and professional during the estimation process. They only problem was the follow up. Ultimately they finished the job to our satisfaction. It was just getting them to the point of solution.

We are extremely pleased with Bjorn's consultative approach. He assisted in color combination selection, accent application and deck refinish. Change orders were explained well and & done well. Bjorn and Harley were both very friendly and excited about their work. We would recommend Pro Form to any one looking for paint or deck refinish work.

Bjorn came out promptly to give an estimate. He recommended high quality products, gave a good price and completed the project as promised. Overall a great experience.

Bjorn came out in March to give a bid. Followed up with a phone call to see if we were still interested. Set up time to do the work and it was done in about a week due to weather delays. Bjorn and his crew were excellent; they worked over Memorial Day weekend to power- wash and then returned after inclement weather to sand and stain. Finished product is wonderful.

Bjorn was easy to work with and did a great job; even getting our new deck rails stained on short notice before the winter season kicked in. We chose Bjorn and his company because of the great recommendations from Angie's List and had a very positive experience with him.
