Mike, the guy that comes, is a very wonderful person. He comes every other week on Wednesdays. I am always here when he delivers the food, so I'm not sure what would happen if I wasn't home when he delivered my things. I can go online and order food. I feel that if I hadn't ordered anything he would stop by when he was in the neighborhood to see if I need anything. I believe they have freezer bags to put the stuff in though, if I wasn't home so it would be fine until I arrived home. I also believe that they would ship things to my house. I have been very happy with them.
